Today wasnt a very good day in the kitchen department.. šŸ˜› Tried making this traditional Gujarati dish, khaandvi but ended up making a yellow mess instead. šŸ˜› However all was not ruined because I put some seasoning to it and it did make a pretty good tasting dish.. However the looks,..not so good.. Which is why I shall refrain from putting up a picture here…;)

However as a tip, I would say if you do end up making a good khaandvi paste but are not as successful in spreading the paste and making the rolls, you can always add some tadka to the cooked batter and have it with chapattis! Atleast you wont be wasting ingredients!Ā
